I'm boycotting the stadium this year due to the prices. Not that they'll miss me or anything, but I couldn't justify a 40% price increase. However they look great in HD, and I got a Slingbox for xmas that lets me catch em when I'm at work late or on the road.

Very true. Yankee Stadium is a place every baseball fan has to experience once. Just like Wrigley and Fenway.

I'd be a little suprised if the Yankees win. I was always a Grienke fan, even before he has his psychological issues. The guy has a great arm and great stuff. If he gets his act together he can really be a top pitcher. Kennedy still has to prove that he can win consistantly at this level. Posada and Jeter may be headed to the DL.

LOL. Every year two or three guys start off strong and they are suddenly the next Rivera. Rivera has been doing his thing for 12-13 years. Let's give a guy, I don't know, 4-5 years before we start the comparisons. Certainly more than 5-6 GAMES.

Bleachers = no beer but a great view
Some tier seats are also no beer.
The closer you are to home plate the better the seats (IMO)
I wouldn't get Tier seats personally, especially for an afternoon. If Loge Box is available go for that. Covered but with good views and fairly reasonable pricing (relatively)
