I came home yesterday afternoon and my main squeeze was dead.
I think it's the mobo. The only thing I haven't checked is my video card because I don't have another one for swappage. I'll have to pull one.
I have been reduced to pulling a Compact (I've always wanted to say that) Presario off the basement shelf. It's got about as much ass a a pocket calculator.
It's the first time I've ever had a crash on my main machine, so I guess I can't complain too much.
Condolences will be appreciated.

I got her up and running again. I dropped a pci vga card in her and she's running. I don't have an agp vga card lying around, so I'm going to pick one up.
At this point it's either my 9800 pro or my agp slot in my mobo is borked.
If it's the pro, I'll rma it, hawk it on fs/t and move on up to sli with a couple 6600gt's.
Is there a decent socket 754 sli board out there?
