Isn't RICO a criminal charge? I hear it being used with arresting mobsters. Not sure why it would be in a civil suit. This should just be libel or slander.

All evidence, the only evidence in fact, is that the Dems/Government colluded to take down a sitting President. And before that a Presidential candidate. There was, and still is zero proof Trump colluded with the Russians to steal the elections. ALL evidence is of the contrary.
It is so sickening, so terrible that everyone should be upset by it. Doesn't matter if you hate Trump, and there are many reasons to do so, what happened to him should never be tolerated.
