They sent me an Email today letting me know that someone charged $151 at Telaflora. I called up AMEX and they told me that I have to wait 24-48 hours to report it as fraudulant since it's not posted to the system...
I haven't used my AMEX for a couple of weeks when I went to Atlanta for HP training.....I guess someone in the hotel theifed the account from their reports?
BTW....has anyone else had to deal with AMEX on this kind of thing? What do they do? How long do I have to wait on the phone with them? Are they going to issue me another card? Thanks,
