I have to cook only when I find it necessary to eat good food *L*

Unless I want to go out and eat, but that gets kind of pricey. I'm a fair cook, IMO. SOme things I do pretty well

I am a trained chef, London City and Guilds 706/1 and /2. Worked in restuarants for 10 years and had a catering business, so I guess that makes me a good cook.

Adul, what type of recipes would you like?

Except for this current girlfriend, I've been a better cook than any of my past girlfriends. Actually, my mom always cons me into cooking now. Maybe I should not have introduced them to cajun cooking.
But the current girlfriend is an ecellent cook even though she doesn't use good ingredients. No fish, no cheese.

I have close on 500 cookbooks (I collect them, some pre-electricity ) which adds up to a lot of chicken recipes. So it depends on what you like with your chicken. Do you prefer an Asian flair, french, alittle Indian spice going on, what ?

One of my favorites is Chicken Breast with Apricot Sauce.
Take your chicken breasts, cut it almost through so that it would open up like a pouch. In the pouch you put in cream cheese or camembert cheese along with alittle sliced apricot. Using toothpicks you seal the cut edge and then fry in a pan.
Cook the breasts, and to make the sauce you just puree a tin of apricots, heat the apricot puree until its warm, dont boil it.
Its very quick and extremely easy but it will impress in both flavor and presentation.
This used to be one of the biggest sellers at the first rest. that I worked at. I didnt give any quantites because this is a recipe that can be altered to suit anyones tastes (IF they like apricots ofcourse)

Well, I can cook, but my hubby certainly did not marry me for my skill in the kitchen; if you could even call it skill. I seem to just barely manage to cook halfway decent meals, but I have succesfully destroyed every dessert I have tried to make.
So I stick to Betty Crocker mixes
However despite my handicap I manage to keep both my hubby and my little girl healthy, happy and scurvy-free, so I guess I'm doing something right!

Ok, here's a quick recipe for ya.. But pluuuuuzzze, don't knock it until you tried it. It's incredibly good!!

Cook up a pot of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese, but don't add any milk. Instead, add a can of cream of mushroom soup and put it back on the stove to simmer a little longer. Then eat up!

My buddy told me about this quick recipe, and I turned my nose up at it unitil I had the nerve to try it one day. I was astonished to find out how damn tasty it is. I urge you to try it. I'm not kidding.

Yup, I can cook just about anything I feel like. I managed to support a family for 10 years by cooking. Since I don't cook for a living anymore, I just cook for the family. I always get roped into doing it when we have family get togethers, too.

I can overclock some biscuits, baby. MMMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmm!~!~!~!

Homemade pizza (crust and all) with my ten year old daughter that could probably shame most of you guys.

Well, there is one thing to be thankful for if you arent the greatest cook, I very seldom ever get asked for dinner at friends houses, when getting together for dinner comes up, everyone wants to come to my place.

Haven't been cooking much recently, but I've been getting back into it.

In true AnandTech overclocker fashion, I just bought a set of pots and pans with a copper plate at the bottom for better heat conduction. They are simply the best, especially since I've splurged on a gas stove.

Heheh, my frying pan matches my Alpha PEP66.
