Ok, so you get to assemble a team of no more than 20 people (including yourself)

You must have 10 female and 10 males. Each of the people can have 30lbs of gear. That could be most anything within reason (nothing fantastical and nothing not currently in use). You are going to be transported back in time for 100 million years. It is a one way trip. You have 1 week to decide your team and prepare your gear. You get to choose the location you are transported back to.

What are your choices. You are in charge of who is selected, why, and the gear.

Most importantly - your honest odds on whether your group would still be mostly intact and/or procreating after 10 years.
