Ok... the housing authority here in Holland has gone a little TOO far...

The flat im living in is owned by an orginization that the school pays to provide housing for the students, the SSH (Stichting Sociale Huisvesting).

This morning I wake up to hear 2 strange voices speaking in Dutch, and since i had my window open i assumed it was coming from outside. 5 minutes later i wake up to see a 40 year old man and a 30 year old lady standing IN MY ROOM less than 3 feet away from me at the end of my bed whispering to each other in dutch. JESUS H CHRIST, i havent been so startled IN MY LIFE! Apparently they just decided they wanted to check out my room to make sure i hadnt destroyed it, but JESUS, dont come at 9am!

Grrrrrr, anyone elses dorm/flat do stupid things like this?

Uhm... ask the SSH whether they send people, they should warn in advance anyway, not to mention that those people should have knocked first. I'd not trust it, and it the SSH did not send them demand they immediately change the locks, or do it yourself.

Seriously, though. You are going to have to get a ghetto lock or something(a metal bar that mounts into the floor and braces against the door. What would have happened if you had had a woman over? I would have been pissed and told them to get TFO or called the police and detain them for trespassing
