Okay, quick: Can anyone help me troll Christian fundie Vicki Thorn?

I just found out that a christian fundie with dubious "science" is speaking in thirty minutes at my university. I'm hoping to show up to the lecture and start raising hell. Can anyone point me towards some valid scientific refutations of her ideas?

(Note: I'll be bringing my laptop to the lecture.)

Think of it this way... he's actually doing her a favor. If her "science" has any basis in reality, she should be capable of refuting any argument that he brings up.

you don't refute a troll, OP wouldn't listen to a single thing she said back, because he obviously knows more than she does. It would waste hers and the people who went to legitimately listen to her lecture time. if he goes and does end up making a stink, I hope one of the dudes there punches him in the face afterwards for being a useless assclown. He apparently can't even use Google to find material to refute her ideas.

like i said before, she's speaking on a topic she feels strongly about and has, what she feels is, sufficient scientific data to help support her beliefs. she's just expressing a theory. you really want to waste your time trying to troll someone who's humbly offering her theory?

what's wrong with a person trying to marry science and faith? why bash them? she's trying to seek her own personal truth with evidence and share it with others who're willing to listen. that doesn't sound like christian fundamentalism to me... it sounds like a strong christian who's trying to validate her beliefs with scientific evidence.

it's better than having someone who's spouting off religious crap with no basis or potential scientific support whatsoever.

LOL. I'm not an advocate of initiating trolls against Christians -- especially if they're doing a kind of speaking engagement like the one the OP described.

If someone makes a demonstrably false statement I'm all for correcting them, though, and it so happens that evangelical Christians oftem make demonstrably false statements.
