I doubt that the "publicity" that this guy will get will be enough to pay the multi-million dollar lawsuit that he'll get socked with if one of his Bambi's goes blind. You know that some Las Vegas ambulance chasers out there are just waiting for the opportunity to sue this guy.
Oh well, at least this gives the state legislature a chance to mandate the required use of safety vests and helmets when playing paintball. It might keep some younger Paintballers from getting injured in the future.
