Okay, what are my odds?

I am going to buy a new computer in the near future. I'm considering two mobos:

Abit KN8 Ultra (or an AN8)
Soltek SL-K890Pro-939

with this setup:

Cooler Master Centurion 5 - Stock fans
3200+ Venice - Stock HSF
Corsair XMS 2x1GB 3200C2PT

What are my chances of hitting 220MHz on the HTT, FSB and RAM? I'm leaning toward the Soltek. I'm also open to suggestions.

NOT hitting 220MHz of FSB and HTT would be hard. RAM is more of an issue though, but you'd probably get it without too much issue with that RAM, especially with the ABit (which I know can go relatively high on voltages), while I have no idea about the Soltek VDIMM options.
Most nForce 4 boards get at least 240HTT, up to 320.

for overclocking, i recommend the dfi lanparty UT ultra-d or the epox 9npa+ ultra. they are the best.

I think you would have better luck with the Abit. I really like their stuff. From what I've read Soltek is great at stock speeds but is a little weak when it comes to overclocking. By the way, I've got a 3200+ Vience running 2.65 GHz @ 1.51V on a MSI K8N Neo2. You will have no trouble reaching 2.2 GHz.
