The only thing I changed was the e-mail addy. The point was not to identify this person, but rather to evaluate the situation.
So scroll down and read the conversation starting at the bottom. I checked this guy's HW and he had two negative evals, and 30 positive evals.
Here are the two negative evals (both by the same, nonexistant user, but it's not my job to "research" the negative eval... if he wants it gone it's really easy...)

The point wasn't to verify the accuracy of these negative evals, as it is common trader knowledge that you can ask heat to remove bogus evals, should they actually be bogus.
