Found a old ALL-IN-WONDER (RAGE II+) lieing around i was wondering if i can watch cable with this card, if so what program can i use to watch cable with?
Yes you can watch cable with that card. In fact that is the card I had until I recently purchased
the AIW Radeon. You will need to either find your original ATI install CD for the AIW or go to ATI's website and download the drivers and multimedia files. I used the card on every version of Windows 9x (95, 98, ME).
