Old Computer Intermintently Turning Off

My desktop computer just started randomly shutting off without any reason or clue that I can figure out. Sometimes it stalls and sometimes it just restarts. Its a 3-4 year old computer specs from memory as is:

i5-3470 cpu
2 sticks of 8g ram
asus b85m mobo
antec 450w power supply
gtx 750 video card

Everything worked fine until about a month ago. During this time I have changed out every hard drive, took out the video card and kept only one stick of ram. Basically i have tried to disable everything that you could disable while still being able to operate the computer.

What are my next steps or steps that should be taken to try and solve this problem?

Trying a new power supply would have been my first test.

Power supply like UsandThem noted or try a new power cord/outlet.

Great! Oftentimes when a computer shutting off the 1st thing to check is the power supply.

Intel CPU gets too hot..... powers off without warning.

Check fans, dust buildup in heatsink, and elsewhere.
