Question Old Cyberoam appliances

Hey,

I got myself a couple old Cyberoam appliances :
* CR15ING (single core I believe) but with a RAM slot. Got it to 8GB RAM.
* CR35ING (quad core) but soldered 2 GB RAM.

Which one should I take for my home lab ?
Objective using it as my family firewall/router with Opnsense (or myabe sophos home sophos has a minimum 4GB RAM).
Small modern firewalls are often 2GB RAM so maybe 2GB RAM is enough ?
