The amps on the 12 volt might be low, if ATI card. Are you sure it is 24 amps maximum. That seems low for a 550 watts PS, especially a good brand like Enermax. I am not sure if ATX form PSU have more than 18 or 20 amps on one rail but that might be 24 amps on one rail and about 40 total. Although if you multiple amps by volts (from ones your listed) for wattage it comes to 650 (the model number) which probably means it produces 650 watts at peak and true 550 throughout.

Check back of your PSU, it should have a table like above. Check at bottom of 12V1 and 12V2, it should give a total wattage and amps, as that web sit diagram does. Yours is probably 34+
