I can't remember some good Commodore Amiga games but after Amiga I played first PC gsames were 7th Guest, Myst, SimCity 3000, and Descent.

I always wanted go back and finish 7th Guest and Myst.

Definitely Descent D2 and D3, I think Descent or D2 was the first game I played with 3D acceleration. It was hawt.
I played GLQuake a couple months ago, that was fun. BEST. SOUNDTRACK. EVER.

My first role playing game and the first game I ever purchased on my own. Wizard's Crown for C64. SSI later used that engine for Pool of Radiance. I spent my entire summer vacation playing that game. I still have the box and the game up in my attic.

I have such fond memories of Descent and Descent 2.
I never really liked Descent 3. But Ive only ever played the demo.

Quake II was my favourite.
I remember after 6 months of playing it, I splashed out and brought a 3dfx Voodoo 3 3000.
Oh my god!!! Look at all the light effects. Wooooooo. I was in heaven.

Fond memories those.

Amiga - MechWarrior (MechForce, BattleFort) by Ralph H. Reed

This computer based version of the hex-based BattleTech game dominated my free time for years. And got a surprising number of my friends to purchase Amigas simply to play it. In fact I'm STILL looking for an Amiga 4000 or 4000T to buy simply to be able to run all the old Amiga games I kept when I sold my old 500+.

Yes, I know there's an emulator out there, but it's just not the same thing as using WorkBench ON an actual Amiga.

Magic Carpet was the first First Person game I played. I use to Blast Soundgarden when I played. Now everytime I hear "Black Days" I think of the game

Shadow of the Beast I and II, Defender of the Crown, It Came from the Desert, Test Drive II...
Man those were the days. Workbench 1.3 on an Amiga 500 with the 1MB Chip RAM mod I also had an addon card to get me 1.5MB of total RAM and the GVC hard drive with 286 emulator in it. I think the hard drive was 10MB or something. I had lots of demos and stuff on it too. I still have the Amiga 500 but my 1084S broke and I have no way of hooking it up. So it gathers dust in my parents attic...

lol. The only experience i had with Amiga is at a friend's house. I only had a master system at the time and I remember being extremely jealous of their Amiga (i think it was a 1200 or maybe a 600...). The only game I recall is Rush and something. Rush and Ready? Rush and Rumble? *shrug!*

That dos-based tank game where you take turns firing at each other by adjusting the muzzle height and adjusting for wind. I was in a class in 3rd grade where we actually programmed that game. Man.....that was 1984.

Karateka.. i remember playing "When The Going Gets Tough" from the Romacing the Stone soundtrack every time I started a new level, that was my first "pump up" song..

Pirates! - many, many a wasted weekend for me and my friend Steve on this game.. talking starting Friday after school, and not sleeping again until Sunday night..

Silent Service 2... You know your getting good at a game when you sink more Super Battleships in one war partrol then the japanese actually had...
Their Finest Hour was great too.
Moving out of the run the game off your floppy era then I guess Xwing and warcraft are up there too.
