Anyone? What is the typical trimmer length / level setting for a goatee? For example, the Walter White one linked in this thread earlier.

I use a #3, I think... At home it's known as 'that one'.What is the typical trimmer length / level setting for a goatee? For example, the Walter White one linked in this thread earlier.
Ehh, had full beard since I was about 16.
Some guys have gotees some guys do not have gotees.
I think the 50 year old crowd with the gotees has gotees because many of them wanted gotees or gotees were cool years ago when they were like 18-25 years old...

Hate facial hair...dislike pretty much hair at all I've always been real clean cut #2 on sides #3 on top... same hair cut for 30 years. I'd shave it bald but my wife wont let me. Says its like a skin head. Im early 40s
Jarhead vs Skinhead?
It's like the late in life tattoo, more trendy dress, etc.
People want to fight their mortality.
I have been fucked up since day one so whatever I pick is a good choice each day.
A friend of mine who recently turned forty and had worn a goatee all of his adult life, recently turned up wearing just a mustache. It's a classic porn-stache.
I'm far from either but saves on shampoo. I never used any. Use ivory bar soap head to toe.
About the only ones I notice wearing that kind of a mustache are Mexicans and Middle Easterners.
I see plenty of 20-somethings with goatees. If it was ever 'cool' or a fad, then that era certainly isn't over. A beard is a beard ... men have been wearing them since they stood up on two legs. You'll never be either in or out of fashion wearing a beard.
