I own a ii x4 620 and I have some troubles with it. It runs way too slow, I feel like my EVEN OLDER x2 4200 was working better. Anyway, I think it's because some features @ bios. The motherboard is old aswell, it's ga-m61p-s3.
I have problem when trying to put the cpu frequency to 200mhz and multiplier fixed to x13. The pc doesn't recognize my gpu if I try to run that way, no idea how comes this, but I guarantee it happens everytime i'm doing this. [The cpu runs pretty cool, max 50-55 degrees]

Anyway, if there is something that can be done instead of buying some new hardware, i'm open !
I might aswell buy something newer but I think it should run far better than it's doing now(I can change the motherboard if that would help, OR buy new dual core 1150/1155 combo, but that would be as last thing to do) , I mean, i'm writing 1 letter/sec on facebook messenger, wtf..
Other info about system : 3gb ram 533, 450w random deluxe psu, 1x 160 gb sata, 1x 160gb ide, gt 630 2gb ddr3.
I must say i'm not playing any new games even tho it runs gta v with 20-25fps. I only play some browser games and listening music, but still 40fps in a browser game, WTF --darkorbit-- and not even on high graphics, not like it would be a big deal..
I have all the drivers installed and updated, also running win 10 x32
Just advice me, what would be the best thing to do, most of you own new PCs, but I don't spend money on that, not much anyway, just replacing some things[ AS A LAST THING, I say it again ] for best price/performance ratio according to my other hardware.
