Damn we ARE NOT alone!

Nobody has seen them yet, but scientists now think there are tens of billions of planets the general size and bulk of Earth in the Milky Way galaxy alone - a startling conclusion based on four years of viewing a small section of the nighttime sky.

Makes me wonder why we haven't got a HIT yet. I think Seti needs to reconsider the way it searches.

Speaking of old timers....I hope everyone is doing well!

I stopped by to find out something for my son and saw Wolfies thread. Hey Wolfie and all those who have responded to it like: Networkman, Assimilator, Andy, Wiz and Ken!

I often think of you guys when I think about all the power that today's boxes have compared to my original DC system (a Celeron 300a o/c'ed to 450.)

Actually the limit applies to all images in a post. Since we now allow image posting we needed some way to keep it in check.

I guess as long as I've been around here I count as an old timer too.

I am mostly around DC and look in at CPU and OC, Motherboards, Video cards and Graphics - and sometimes - Highly Technical ...
