Oldest food item in your fridge?

Back in 2002, I found a bottle of Zima in my pretty stocked fridge when I took ownership of it. It is still there today, and it was the only item I moved from one refrigerator to the next. Its expiration date is just a month, so I don't know the exact age of the bottle.

I have old condiments and a jar of bitters that is probably over 10 years old...Bitters don't go bad though AFAIK.

My girlfriends baileys...we don't store stuff int he fringe too long.

The freezer has some older frozen fruit though.

Do they even make ZIMA anymore? I never knew anyone who drank it except to try it once when it first came out, and then never again.

Oldest thing in my fridge... probably some pickles/relish, but that stuff lasts forever.

How does that work? Is it just standard cheddar you've kept that long, or did you make it yourself, and are aging it? I don't really know the cheese making process, but if I could age standard cheese, I wouldn't mind giving it a shot.
