hey Vag, first off I didn't buy any of these cameras yet so calling me a sucker is a bit premature. Second, take a look at how many Ebay feedbacks EXman has in his signature <go ahead.. I'll hold> then look at mine <holding>. Safe to say we both know a little bit about making money on Ebay.

Again, you may know that returnbuy has the best price, but the point you don't get is that people on Ebay aren't that smart. EXman doesn't have to misrepresent the item... all he has to do is sell the item as a camera he's purchased and is selling. Put a nice picture of the camera so people will see it and I can guarantee that his camera will sell for more than Returnbuy's.

The point your missing is that EXman has already done this before... even with Olympus cameras. Exman, Tell him how much you profited from Oly cameras this year Sucker!

Unlike you I do my research before I post total nonsense. I already looked at both of your feedback & realized you are both total chumps at the ebay game. Please tell me you're selling under another name that you don't have listed in your signature.

The point you are missing is that I was initially offering advice to people about purchasing from returnbuy and you started talking sh!t. The hillarious part though is that you are explaining to me how to sell on ebay when I sell more items on ebay each day than you have sold in 2 years.

jasonja & EXman ..... If you guys even had the slightest clue about making money on ebay you would have purchased these from returnbuy on ebay instead of their website for $289 buy it now plus $9.99 shipping and saved yourself $32 on each camera. SUCKERS!!!!!!!!!

While on the subject of research... EXman bought his camera's on the 8th (I haven't even bought one yet)... The day it was posted, I researched, the cameras were $319 on both Ebay and the ReturnBuy website. The first Buy It Now auction for $289.99 under ReturnBuy didn't show up until the 11th. 3 days after this deal was posted, a seasoned Ebay whiz like yourself should be better with searching completed auctions.

Yes, I buy stuff on Ebay... If you know of a cheapier place to find Frontline for my dog, you let me know. Do some of that phenomenial research of yours and get back to me.

Oh and for the record I made over $12K in 2000 selling Everquest items and even a program I devised to make $ playing EQ, until Sony's lawyers told ebay they sue them because people were making a profit on their so called "intellectual property" Kinda put a end to most EQ selling on ebay. I kept trying but they stopped them pretty fast. oh well...

i got mine this morning... looks like it's brand spankin new.. i'm going out to get some batteries now.. nice find again dp.. this totally exceeded my expectations... all the cables and disks and everything were still unopened.. lithium ion batteries came with it and work fine umm... yeah. LOOKS NICEEEEEEEEEEEEE O0o0o0o0o0o

Yup, they are on eBay too auctioning techie products and electronics under user ID returnbuy I've never had any experience with them but their feedback on eBay is less than stellar! Anybody here have any info to enlighten us on how reputable they are?

Based on this thread and a google group search I tried to make the plunge. REQUIRED a dig cam for my daughter. Hit their website, they had an Olympus D-520 listed for $120, clicking on it gave a 404. E-mailed them - they said sorry website problems. That would have been a hell of a deal.

Kept watching because I needed a 2MP camera that used smart media and AA's. Finally gave in and bought the D-520 from their e-bay "BUT IT NOW" site for $150+ shipping. The Buy it now has a much greater selection than their own site.
Camera looks GREAT, perfect condition, works fine so far, came with a 16MB card, cables, manuals in 3,000 languages.
Problem - should I tell my daughter it came in ?
