I would call and bitch if I were you. They backordered mine and told me if it wasn't located at another distribution center within 7 days, it would be automatically cancelled. They sent me an email survey to see how satisfied I was with my order, and I basically said not at all and accused them of trying to prevent me from getting this deal because I used a coupon on a product that had a rebate available or at the very least, horrible inventory integration with their website. I used to be a QA engineer so I'm familiar with web application issues like this and dammit, the online store NEEDS TO BE AWARE OF THE STOCK. How can you sell stuff you don't have?! Anyway after I have given them a bad review and committed to buy a hard drive from a guy on another forum, they decide to come through with the one I ordered two weeks ago. And how! I complained Thursday evening, it was sent out by COB Friday according to the OM email notification, and it was in the nearest sort facility to me ready to be delivered by 2:00 AM Saturday according to the UPS online tracking system. The UPS site also gave me another interesting tidbit of information, that the hard drive had been shipped from the same OM facility in Jersey that my other stuff came from. The significance of this is that it basically validates my notion that they were feeding me a line of BS about "finding it at another distribution center" as stated above. Shrewd bastages. The only possible problem I can see from here is that by the time they got their feelings hurt and their sh1t together, it was after the rebate's 2/8 deadline. I'm going to do the best that I can to hold them to the original order date on the rebate. If they try to not make with the rebate check, I will be going to their corporate HQ to bust some heads. Like Lobo or something. Yeah, Lobo kicks ass...
