I couldn't believe they awarded a second to Alabama. I've NEVER seen that before. They ALWAYS allow a second or two for the official to stop the clock.

to be honest it seemed like the refs were pulling for Bama all game. there was a few calls i couldn't believe.

The adding a 1 second to the clock was a little surprising.

but it was a great ending. oh man.

A 57 yard attempt by a freshman who had tried only 3 all year. Yes, that was truly a dumbass moment for Saban (one of the few as he is usually stellar).

Some weird decisions by Saban today. Kicker misses first 2 FG's, so he decides to go for it on 4th down and doesn't pick it up. FG try blocked when kicker confidence shaken, and then the backup kicker trying for a 57 yarder at the end.

I was slightly surprised by that. Malzahn is normally very aggressive in general, and they almost always run a gimmick on PAT. Anyway, what a game.

It'll be a crime if osu plays in an ncg ahead of either of these teams.

Funny game. Auburn had so many things have to go right for them and so many things for alabama to go wrong for this game to turn out how it did. Yet despite the better resume, bama probably will be below auburn in the updated standings.
