We had advertised XP2000+ on several websites, and there was typological mistake in the pricing. It was not a BIG difference as the prices are coming down. Also when we can, we do honor the prices.
We are honoring the price! on your order.
No changes will be made to any orders. ( Changes meaning - additional or subtraction or changing any options you may have already selected)
However, we have received more orders then what we have in our stock
We will be placing an order from AMD ( We buy direct form AMD ) on Friday - September 6th . We need to know how many pieces we need to order. Usual delivery time frame is between 6-7 Working days for us to receive processors from AMD once we place the order, as they drop ship all products directly from singapore. As soon as the products are received we will be shipping them out as requested.
If you wish us to conitnue with the order, we will ship the order as is.No changes will be made. order wil lbe shipped as received by us.
You have following options :
Option 1) Confirm the order as you have placed - in order to do so, you have to authorize us to charge your credit card as this is backorder situation and we will only ship confirmed orders, All orders willbe shipped in first come first serve basis.Please note that as per our terms and conitions, If you cancel the order later there will be $10 cancellation fee.
2) Keep the backorder open, and we will let you know once the processor comes in, at which point you will let us know wether you still want the product or cancel the order.Currently, we have NOT confirmed your order with your credit card company - it is only auot-authorized, we will remove auto-authorization and if you wish to continue with the order later, we will reauthorize/Charge. In this case, please note we will not gaurantee that you will get your order in the first shipement, as we will only buy for confirmed orders. If there are any cancellations, you will be placed in the queue.
3) Cancel the order for now , and to contact you once the products comes in - in case you still need the product.
if we do not get reply back to this email within next 72 hours, we will cancel the order as it stands, because we need to place the order for the processors on confirmed orders on September 6th
