The billing invoice shows XP2000 CPU at $86.99 and it didn't appear that I got the add on packet of HS/F and stuff because that had said to add to my order 24.35, which it didn't. My understanding of this above statement is that they WILL NOT change my billing and the price of the CPU is $86.99.
I have asked twice to clarify the price but to no avail. They keep issuing statements like above so it is hard to understand exactly what they are doing.

Am I mis-interpreting?

I must say that I don't trust 99% of the dealers on pricewatch. I always check them out on resellerratings.com and, IMO, they all suck. Pricewatch is good for a reference point, nothing more. Just my HO.

Jeez, did you see how many typographical errors there were above, in the letter from them?

"We will be placing an order from AMD ( We buy direct form AMD ) on Friday - September 6th . "

They can't even proofread their autoresponses, so how do you think their service will be? It's like a fast food restaurant, always check the restrooms to see if they run a tight ship.

Regarding pricewatch, I use pricegrabber now... usually finds a lower price 9 times outta 10....

I check a company I have not dealt with on resellerratings.com .
If a deal is too good to be true, it will probably not be a good deal in the end. Remember our recent problems with EMS computing.
I now usually just deal with a company I can trust (Newegg, SCV, etc.) even if I have to pay a little more for the same item.

Just got another e-mail telling me they cancelled to order.
They did not understand why I cancelled the order and what they did wrong since they were going to give it to me for $59.
This was after the memo from Kim telling me they didn't honor typos.
I getting so I don't know who is messed up, me or them!
This should be interesting when I tell them I wanted at that price but they won't let me re-order because I cancelled.
I hope they honor it so that I having nothing but good to say about their company.
