This sneak preview verison is everything the actual card will be! only it come package in the original ATI Radeon 9700 Pro menu... apprantely ATI haven't thought of any new logo to go with the UltraFX (I personally like the original three dog logo... I told them they should keep it, but make it look even more scary looking ;p)

it looks like the one from OCsystem.com...they're enhanced radeon9700 pro level II
i believe that's also clocked at 405/690...and doesn't the GeforceFX heatsink look different than that?
i believe the ocsystem ones use like the really fat golden zalman heatsink with a big "heatpipe"

and i think ocsystem sells them for less that 480

I guess you'd have to go through that and state the seller is trying to sell a product as something it is not, i.e. it's just a overclocked & modified r9700, but reading the description he could just as easily argue he doesnt imply "ATI Radeon 9700 UltraFX" is an official card, and whats wrong with selling a modified & overclocked card - since it's (albeit not exactly clearly) all in the description? Granted the price is ridiculous, but no law against that (sadly).
