As long as you stick to Atkins hardcore you will be all set. Don't fall victim to the "low cab ice cream" and stuff, I don't beleive it.
I was 220LB and in 2 months I was down to about 180LB. I stopped atkins, and over the past year I've put on about 15lbs or so but I eat whatever the hell I want.
I'm thinking of starting Atkins again. I love the people that are "blah blah blah, atkins is bad for you" blah blah blah......... screw them, it works for me so who cares!

All that Atkins hating is BS from people whom probably never tried it. If you've done the Atkins diet to the T, you know it works well. Good Luck.
