OMFGWTF 195 lbs?

Awesome job. I need to work on losing weight. I've been getting fat in the past few months. *note to self: refuse free food at work!*

It has been about ~15 months since I started my "lifestyle change".

Started at 35% body fat and ~190 pounds.

I am currently at 15.9% body fat and 165 pounds.
Total Pounds lost: 22lbs
Total Fat Pounds Lost: 39.8lbs
Total Lean Mass Gained: 17.4lbs
Fat Percentage Drop: 19.4%

It's all about eating right (5-6 times a day), and lifting weights. I rarely even do cardio.

As long as you stick to Atkins hardcore you will be all set. Don't fall victim to the "low cab ice cream" and stuff, I don't beleive it.

I was 220LB and in 2 months I was down to about 180LB. I stopped atkins, and over the past year I've put on about 15lbs or so but I eat whatever the hell I want.

I'm thinking of starting Atkins again. I love the people that are "blah blah blah, atkins is bad for you" blah blah blah......... screw them, it works for me so who cares!

6' and 165 lbs.. I wouldn't mind GAINING another 20 lbs..

I never said that Atkins does not work. I have no doubt that you can lose weight on the atkins diet, however, I feel that not eating a balanced diet will cause other problems.

i switched from normal soda to diet . since the 1st of the year, i have lost 10 pounds.


and i feel great, been going to the gym 3 times a week, plus other physical activity. my bench press is maxing out over 200 now, and well i feel a lot lighter and fresher.

7 cans of free soda from work a day = bad.
