NOW before you go flaming I have linked ebay stores before and they didnt get closed because it is a store NOT a auction and ALOT of people liked what I found cheap. I found another deal on a EBAY store cheap that I think should be mentioned for 3D fans and Horror fans alike! AND NO this isnt my store! Just excited on the find and want to pass it on to people like me that may like it as well.

I purchased this and just got it and all I can tell you is OMG does it kick ass! I have to let everyone in on this because if you own a big screen (I got a very old 55" but works great) and want to treat your kids to something they may never seen before you got to check it out. I ordered mine and got it in 5 days which isnt bad. The $99 one has a special shipping of $4.95 so may want to pick up that one (link below) for a few bucks more you get 19 more dvd's and another 3D box and glasses.

They have another one with 23 dvds and 2 sets of machines so 4 people can watch. As soon as I can I am getting THIS ONE so we can all watch and would be cool to watch the older horror films in 3D with my 11 year old. **EDIT** I broke down and got it because I felt bad that only two of us at a time could only watch leave two others out. I will let know my thoughts on watching a horror flick in 3D is like

Sorry for sounding like I am nuts or own the place just watched one and all I can say is my son was freaked out, I was freaked out, and I just had to pass it on to all of you because, well it kicked ass for one, plus I cant find it cheaper anywhere and its a steal of a price IMO which makes this a super hot deal!

Flame suit ready just hope I dont need it

EDIT
Well my $99 24 disk one showed uptoday and OMG do we have alot of viewing. We got the IMAX SOS 3d movie with it and we watched it all as a family My youngest watched for the first time with glasses and jumped out of his chair when the octopuss tenticals came out of the screen. It was soooo damn funny. He jumped a few more times when stuff flew out and then was trying to grab stuff. Just for that was well worth what I had paid and I couldnt be happier with the set up. I highly reccomend this stuff if you have a big screen and all I can tell you is like the tenticals they really came off the screen and looked as though it was 2-3 inches from my face. It was fricking great.

No flames here, actually looks pretty cool.

Wonder how good the effect would be with a 32" (no big screen here...yet )?

Review for supposed higher end wireless 3D system. Don't ever try to compare to Imax, it is not. I had exprienced with one horror movie using the wired system 3 days ago (same as above ebay item), not "jumping out" 3D, it was still fun; but it gave me headache, my dad did not fell uncomfortable at all. By the way, it is an ebay item, can it be posted here?

For use only with CRT Televisions

A television with a CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) TV screen. Virtual FX will not work with plasma, projection or LCD based television sets.
That leaves me and my plasma out.

All I can tell you is we got the Cheaper version that I mentioned above and we watched 2 movies on a 55" 10 year old tv and my son and I were dodging stuff that came off the tv. One film has a 3d smapler with terminator in 3d and the arm litterall looked as if it was a few inches off my face. My son jumed a few times and when something was thrown he tried to catch it so I am more then pleased with my $40 investment and cannot wait to buy the other so we all can watch at the same time. My only regret is that I can afford the woreless ones but these will make due

I am just super happy with it and I dont know what a 32 inch tv is going to do but on a 55" I am more then pleased.

Hell even my wife loves it and she hates most of my electronic crap I buy

And BTW this was the review I read on the glasses that came with the movies that kinda clinched it for me to buy it and give it a try.

The Manufacture of the glasses I got are Razor 3d See review 2 posts up. From what I read on the packaging they will only work with movies that are made for 3d so I havent had the time to try with anything else. I can tell you however it doent change my dvd menu to 3d and the movies in 3d are not viewable without using the glasses unless you select 2d view from the dvd menu.

Great find! Could you post the titles included with the purchase so the rest of us know what we're getting with the glasses. Thanks!

Its a old RCA projection tv. 3 different color CRT tubes inside. I wonder if it would work with a DLP projector??? Anyone getting this with one??? For future ref you know incase I get one

And to be honest I dont know why this wouldnt work with other types myself (lcd, plasma, etc) because the box doesnt do anything to the tv just pics up the signal to do the glasses. The pic in 3d format is just 2 pictures side by side and the glasses work like the ones you get for your pc to do pc games in 3d. So if anyone has the shutter glasses for the pc and run a lcd monitor and plays in 3D I couldnt see why it wouldnt work for the tv as well.

I can try to take a pic of the screen if someone wants to host it so you can see what it looks like in 3d without the glasses on.

They have THIS ONE I just looked at that will convert supposedly any source into 3D but has this warning:

For use only with CRT Televisions

A television with a CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) TV screen. Virtual FX will not work with plasma, projection or LCD based television sets. Note: The Virtual FX receives and transmits the video signal via S-Video or RCA Video cables. To view cable or broadcast TV shows with the Virtual FX, most VCRs and Satellite Dish Systems will convert the RF (cable, antenna or dish) video signal to RCA or S-Video. Please check your system. If your TV cannot receive video via S-Video or RCA cables, an RF modulator (available at any electronics supply store) is required to convert the signal. Virtual FX will not be able to convert video to 3D in TVs with built-in VCRs or DVD players.

So I am still wondering since the two I listed above in the begining since they do not mess with the signal going to the tv if they can be used with another tv. This one clearly says you cannot but messes with the signal so IF ANYONE bought one the first two I listed above and have a dlp, lcd, or plasma tv please report back if it worked!

If mem serves me right. The lower priced ones the 3D box is powered by a battery and the ones that cost a few bucks more come with a ac adapter. I dont see it listed there but I do remeber when I was deciding on which one I was going to get he had the same set up for a few bucks more but was battery powered. If you can deal with that that is a great deal

Just to let all know the Encounter into the Third dimesion has become our favorite. My boys cant watch it enough and the 3d effects on this disk are much better then the other three that comes with the unit (IMO of course). Watching Elvira dance helps too

I don't think so....I think DLP TV's are "projection" TVs.... if so, then "no" to compatibility.
