OMG my mouth is broken

i think my orthodontist screwed up cuz i can't completely bite down anymore.
i need some suggestions on how to make the pain go away and what to eat so my mouth doesn't hurt too bad

UPDATE:
well eating yogurnt for breakfast and lunch hasn't been that bad.
My teeth are just a lot sore nowhere as bad as i had imagined.

anyways do any of you guys remember if you were able to bite down without hiting the braces? cuz right now i can barley make my back teeth meet because the braces in the front get in the way. is this normal?

i just got my braces last september, had them almost 4 years. first year when they tighten them, its a b*tch. the first week or two is definitly the worst time period altogether.

I remember my years with braces...not cool... but yeah those braces are moving your teeth around and stuff, and every time they adjust your wires it will be the same... pain pain pain!

I'm guessing even that would hurt, because I remember sometimes when I was drinking things with a straw, even then it would hurt, but i don't remember anymore, since it's been at least 5 years since I had them.
