So, yesterday one of our sales representatives sent out a mass e-mail to all our customers with a rating "score" of 1-4 (out of 6), so a few thousand people or so, detailing some deals that we're currently offering. Routine stuff, this goes out every few weeks or so. . .
At the end of the e-mail then it says, "Please call 1-800-xxx-xxxx for more details". Normally this goes nice and well and we get a good amount of inquiries after it's been sent.
However, on this particular occassion the phone number listed was incorrect. By one number. We don't realize it until it's too late, and that's when one of our sales reps gets this e-mail from a customer:

Edit: The woman held responsbility for this, who's a very professional worker from what I've seen since I've been here, left really early yesterday (around 11:30), and has yet to come in today (9:45 now)...and she's usually here by 9-9:30 at the latest.
One would think a grown woman can take the very minor criticism received from a few customers and employees and not just leave work with no explanation and not come in the next day...hmm.
