Ok, the only thing that bothered me about the guy was the way he was leading his 16 year old daughter during the interrogation.

WTF was up with that?

That whole scene made me feel he was less than honest, and that he wasn't above manipulating women.

The woman was a mess too.

More than enough to hang a jury @ trial &amp; it looks as if the guy would never accept a plea.

Innocent.

innocent and unable to prove as guilty are not necessarily the same.

is there the possibility that this guy was a rapist? yes, does the evidence overwhelmingly prove him guilty? no.

the burden of proof should not (and does not according to our legal system) lie with the accused.

I was pretty angry last night when they did that... "We find the defendant...." CREDITS! WTF?!

The end was irritating. It's not like they're going to film an ending based on the results of the poll so what's the point? I was more disturbed by the breakup of Stabler's family, especially since his tight familial relationships had been emphasized in the past. Nice to see Shannyn Sossamon and Billy Campbell in guest spots though.
