From your avatar, you're a cat person, so your vote doesn't count.
It looks a little firm, but I'd give it a try!And this belly?
~ Snip~
it is all scarred and dead looking.
Is it weird I turn my cat on his side when he lies on his back because the scar on his nuts from being fixed is really, really disturbing?
For whatever reason his hair never grew there and the cut is shaped like a Z, it is all scarred and dead looking.

But dog belly rubs are still the best.
Pics of cat's nut scar?
LOL she looks a bit over-fed.No poll, because you know you do!
Yes, that is how she often sleeps when sitting next to me on the couch. She kind of looks like a dead deer with her legs sticking straight out, and I have no idea how that would be comfortable.

Are you trying to call her a fat bitch?LOL she looks a bit over-fed.
The vet always says that, but I seriously only give here 2 1/4 cups of dog food per day (3/4 cup at a time), and 1/2 dental chew in the evening.LOL she looks a bit over-fed.

The vet never seems to believe that, and has implied I give her table food or other treats, but I never do. When she's slouched over, her belly is just flabby, and has been that way ever since we got her at 8 weeks old from the pound. Let me tell you, with being flabby and not having a lot of hair, it's perfect for belly rubs.
I think the real issue is since my back is shit, I'm not hugely active like I used to be, and she's content to take naps next to me for most of the day. She's definitely not an high energy breed like our other (old) Border Collie. Even at 14 years old, he can't sit still for more than 5 minutes, and has been that way ever since we got him at 6 months old from the pound as well.
I noticed as my cat got older, she spent more time sleeping and taking it easy. She didn't get fat but she wasn't her usual active self. By the time she was 15 she would spend most of the day sleeping and the rest just looking outside. She would go out and look around the yard and then would find some place quiet to relax. I figured her time was approaching and made her as happy as I could. One day she said good bye to me and went to a quiet place in our garage and went to sleep. She loved the garage as it was quiet and had a place for her to sleep near the window. She couldn't jump up there any more so I made her a comfy bed just off the floor. That is where I found her a few hours later. The vet always says that, but I seriously only give here 2 1/4 cups of dog food per day (3/4 cup at a time), and 1/2 dental chew in the evening.

She snores like crazy (and kinda snorts like a pig when she's excited for whatever reason).Maybe she thinks she is a people and that is why she is sleeping that way. Looks like she is a loud sleeper.
But yeah, she does look like she enjoys a good belly rub.
