Heh me and Scrap go to those every now and then, mainly to laugh at the stupid prices being offered.
Occasionally we find a deal, last time was a HSF, maybe you have better dealers that go to your area but our marketpro shows stink.

I have had both the "A" version with CH-5 chips and the version with BH-5 chips. Both versions ran up to the limit of my motherboard's speed, 225 MHz, with 2.9V. The CH-5 was set at 2-2-3-x and the BH-5 at 2-2-2-x.
In UT2003 botmatch the BH-5 chips got 2 FPS more than the CH-5. On my system, 2 FPS = approx. 100 cpu MHz.
The CH-5 showed only 50 less MB/s in Sandra. But I don't think Sandra is a good measure of performance.

Well I'm going from 2gb of crucial PC2700 ram to 1gb of PC4000
I can't get the crucial above 200mhz to overclock my P4 2.4c
So if I can get 250mhz out of this stuff I will be happy with 1/2 the amount of ram.
I'd say its alot better.:beer:

P.S. If anyone is interested in 2GB of crucial PC2700 With heat spreaders That will Do 200mhz I will sell it for $250 shipped
The same memory is on sale now at crucial.com for $78.99 a stick Thats $315.96

I tried this on my Abit IC7 and can't get it run stably at default SPD settings. Apparently, a co-worker with the same board has had issues as well but people appear to get it working with 875P boards so it might just be the IC7. Regardless, I'm probably going to call today or tomorrow and return it.

If you have a 865PE board, and the NON-A Kingston ram, you may need to back off your memory timings to get it stable. Apparently the chipset cant handle the aggresive Memory Timings. here's a link to the Kingston FAQ article:

So now the KHX3200A/512 is even more expensive than the KHX3200/512. The former uses CH-5 chips, the latter BH-5. Interesting.
