There is a big disclaimer about not upgrading either windows 10 or android on that tablet on the purchase site.

Was looking at this one a while ago ($88 then, $92 now). Smaller & cheaper but the cpu is clocked a bit higher. Amazing how much you can get these days in smartphones and tablets.

Its not to bad, but a much different screen on it, different ppi, size, and few other things, Id still spend the little more for the other one myself.

Found another review

Have to admit - this looks pretty cool, at least as an Android tablet.

I bought the Winbook windows 10" tablet, which has virtually identical specs, but a lower resolution display. It wasn't bad, but the performance was just too inconstant. Sometimes it would work great, and other times it was laggy and just a pain to deal with. I was hoping the upgrade to Window 10 would help, but it didn't make much difference. The desktop/tablet transition didn't work well either, with many quirks. In the end, it just wasn't as fun to use as I'd hoped, and I sold it. I'd hate to see how laggy Windows 10 is with this retina display - could be really bad. Maybe Windows 10 will improve over time...

As an Android tablet, this looks pretty interesting. It seems to be pretty smooth in the video reviews. I'm tempted to buy it, but I've had bad experiences with cheap Android tablets in the, but they weren't running Atom cpus. Very tempting...

What the heck - I decided to buy one. I figure I can easily sell it for this price (or more) on Ebay if I don't like it, so there not much to lose as long as it is not DOA.

This is pretty interesting. There's also a $170 version with 3G. You could combine that with tmobile's free 200mb data plan.

tempted to buy the cherry trial edition with 4GB of ram. This would be a replacement for my Dell Venue 8 Pro.

This sounds tempting just for fun but the next Youtube video showed this one was marginally better.......

Choices........

http://www.everbuying.net/product1101409.html

It may be better in brightness (though he said it may be because of the included screen protector), and muti core processes, but build quality is better, and gaming wins on the Onda for the Teclast just dies in everything else other then the multi core scores....

DOAH! I read the part about not updating and it mentioned android/windows...
should have read closer

Yeah in the os description it just states windows 10, no mention of andriod, and in the reviews on youtube, none of them show it booting into andriod either.

Best bet is to get the 64gig unit, updated to Cheery Trail Cpu, vs 32 gig, and only $20~ more it looks like, if it matters to someone.
