I am really trying to quit them for real this time. I have quit before but for some reason I always start back up within a year. I want to make this time different! :thumbsup:

I am seriously considering that it might be time I think about quitting.

I've heard good things from friends about smokeaway. I've been thinking about testing it out...

 

I quit like 5 years ago.

I like smoking.

Yeah, I think thats what AUSM was advertising as it worked for him. I can't seem to quit for the life of me. I'll get around to it one of these days.

I stopped 15 years ago (January 1989) and sitting here earlier today I actually toyed with running to the store and buying a pack.

Be careful as the months and years go by.

I quit two years ago and haven't looked back (that much, anyway, although there are days when I'd like nothing more than to have one). I can go to bars and smoky places without a problem -- the only time that it really gets me is if I've been drinking a little and am talking to someone who is smoking. My eyes tend to follow the cig around.
