This is an awsome reciever for the money. Just be carefull where you buy it. Onkyo is tough on it's warrante. I has to be bought through an authorized dealer.

Im thinking about getting Klipsch 5.1s for the PC. How are these compared to the 5.1s? And is it possible to use these as PC speakers?

yes u can hook them up to a pc .. as long as you get a setup with reciever.
dunno wich would be best but i would rather order the onkyo

if you have a Circuit City near your, listen to the Onkyo HTIB system they have. it's the same speakers with a lesser receiver. it sounds really nice. IMO, better than the Klipsch system.

also, take into consideration that the Onkyo receiver is a real receiver that you can use with HT setup without a computer.

Wish I hadn't missed this deal. The TX-SR600 is no longer available on the Onkyo website, and the cheaper SR500 receiver won't do for me because it doesn't support component output...(And the SR700 is too expensive).
