Ha I just had to reimage a crap load of these for a contract job, couple of notes

Psu is non standard so if it breaks a replacement may be more challenging

They're heavy for their size real heavy.

This DC7800 looks identical to the DC5800 that was discussed in this thread. However, one difference I found is that the DC7800 uses the Q35 Express chipset (which supports VT-D) and the DC5800 has the Q33 Express chipset (which does not support VT-d).

One other difference I found out about the DC7800 vs. the DC5800 is that the DC7800 was offered with an SSD as a factory option. The BIOS on the DC7800 also offers the option of RAID (which is a superset of AHCI) whereas the DC5800 does not.

P.S. Awesome find. $55 shipped is a great price for this machine.
