This has dual firmwares (I suspect as a backup but you can switch on the fly and reboot). From reading, seems to have redundant power supplies inside but haven't been able to verify this).

Wish I found this before those used Dell switches... Fanless is such a plus unless you can isolate your network stuff D:

By the way, I'm running the 16 port version (picked up for $29.99 AC this past weekend on SUPER SLICK deal) and it seems pretty good. Just remember to hit the little SAVE menu choice in upper right corner after making changes or they won't survive a reboot.

Haven't done much with it (and may not as I simply needed more ports and $29.99 for the 16 port version was GOLD) but what I have done works fine so far.
