I'm sorry, I didn't mean anything bad by that.
1. You don't know if the PSU is a quality brand PSU which I'm almost pretty certian you are not getting a Seasonic, Corsair, or Enermax. Voltage quality is very important. You want good ripple suppression for your system from the very center from which the power is delivered. For great reviews check out Jonny Guru for guidance.
2. What are the voltages specs of the RAM and what are the timings? 1.65v @ 9.9.9.xx is not a good deal even at 40$ 1.65v is the MAX specs that Intel recommends for their chips. Do not think this isn't important. Look for 1.5v or lower. Usually RAM sticks like that have been pushed to the max before failure and that is not a lasting pair of sticks, if you know what i mean.
3. How slow is the HDD? 7200 doesn't mean anything anymore unless you are on a 5400rpm 2003 laptop then 7200 would mean a difference. If they had 500g density platters on 5400rpm drives only and they compared that with a 4 platter 233g density 7200rmp drive the 5400 would win by a mile. Heat dissipation and wattage draw from the HDD is also important. I have 2 old 500g Seagate Network Storage server drives and they both suck 10w a piece and run very hot..
4. What type of quality is the Motherboard? Does it offer much in the bios and will it allow you to overclock? What type of power management stability does it offer? Does it offer any expansion slots? You only have 2 memory slots on that board so no room to expand and that narrows down your buying options to upgrade probably putting you in the higher price range to buy 2x4G sticks which are not that common right now. Although you could do 2x3G sticks to give you a 6g max - not bad. Wait, it says you have 1 PCI slot, 1 PCIe slot and 1 PCIe x16 slot - good thing this sale is deactivated.
5. A 5450 is great for low res & graphics-candy quality.
IMO the only thing worth while in that buy is the i5 760
No offense, I'm just trying to help. I'm not aware if you are knowledgeable in computer hardware and I don't know your goal for the machine.
Help us help you!
