0% towards premiums for family, but I put some into my HSA. I put more into it this year since my wife is doing Invisalign. I'll go back to like $150/month pre-tax next year since that + what my company contributes to it covers my $3k deductible.

Like 12% . Im terrified to use medical though. 2 years ago I had some serious stomach cramps so they did a ct scan and my share was over 1500 then last year I had a knot on the back of my knee so they sent me to the ER and my share was close to 2000.

Both times they said I was fine.

0% for everything. Dental and other stuff that's not covered by government is covered by work.

I guess I "technically" pay for it through taxes, but I would be paying taxes anyway even if it was not covered.

2.5% of our household gross for 2 people for health\dental\vision. I get a small life insurance policy included through work but also have a separate policy. No deductible on the health care - everything including specialist and urgent care is just a straight $25 co-pay

My share of premium + deductible + additional copays is 9.8% of gross income.
Total cost: total premium (my share plus employer share) + deductible + additional copays is 18% of total compensation (gross + employer share of premium).

If a single payer system doubled my income taxes but got rid of the need for health insurance I would come out ahead, way ahead.

55% out of two pensions. It’s a good BCBS family plan for 3 people, two older. Something you can look forward to if you retire before 65 (medicare) and you don’t have a retirement health care plan. We’re going back with our Canadian snow bird neighbors and live in their basement.

Which plan is this? On the individual marketplace I've never been able to find a plan with no deductible.

Second row in a year with a 10% annual increase. Scared to do the math to see what percentage it is overall. I'm pretty sure I only work to afford health insurance these days

I think it's around 1.5%. But I also have an in-network only HDHP with a $2500 deductible and a $6000 OOP max. But im young and healthy and could afford the deductible if something catastrophic happened. Also putting money into an HSA, which isn't included in the percentage.

0% - company pays 100% of our premiums - medical, dental, vision. 6% salary match on 401K as well

Nice perk when I switched jobs earlier this year.

0%. Fuck insurance. It's a scam where middleman leeches steal from the system, and provide nothing of value. I use cash, and when I run out, I'll die. Same as everyone else. Obama can fuck himself with a katana. Trying to take my money, and give it to corporations. Same with the republican cvnts. They whined about it the whole time he was in office, and now they control everything, and haven't gotten rid of it. Bunch of cocksuckers.

0%, wife has a pretty golden insurance plan at work. Full coverage for life with no premiums or deductibles.

Through my wife, she is part of the teachers union, so we are in for about 8% just in premiums, total last year was closer to 12% after co pays and medication deductible.

If I were to buy it through my employer, a global Corp, would be double just in premiums.

That's dumb, you should start getting into bar fights or mountain biking so you can use up some of that insurance.

About 4% if I count every single optional deduction including maxing HSA. Way less than 1% if I look just at my HDHP contribution, around 2% if I count the full annual cost of the HDHP contributions + deductible. I'd forgotten in the last year just how cheap it is, my benefits at my current employer are pretty awesome.

When I started my job 10 yrs ago, we had a great plan with just a simple $10 co-pay for all visits for any treatment. After years of run up to Obamacare increases of 15-20% every year and the final nail in the coffin where that plan was deemed to be a Cadillac plan and got dropped by the company replaced with a high deductible HSA. Today I get to pay what amount to 4x the original amount for a lesser plan or about 9% gross. That’s a big “thanks Obama”. This year I’m actually glad the cost went up “only” 4%. Sad.
