OpenBSD & KDE

Hello,
I've been having some problems getting the KDE package running properly under OpenBSD, X runs fine (although it was compiled, and not installed with the OS), and KDE runs fine, as long as you are in superuser mode. When logged in as an unprivaledged user, it dies on DCOP, seeming to not boot it at all.
Any Suggestions?

You should have selected the x packages during the install

As far as KDE not running as a normal user, check your log files. I dont use KDE so I dont know of anything specific you may have to do to get it working. Check the log files, and permissions and let me know if there is anything in the logs. I guess I should start downloading/compiling kde to help out huh?

So I can get an out of date version of X? No thank you, I much prefer compiling all my own software, I just didn't have the time to do KDE and all its dependancies. Thanks none the less,

What version do you want? 4.2.0? Ill wait to make sure the programmers get it working first

I do for most of the software. Just not X.

Where did you find a package for it? Its probably way out of date.

Alright, dont check the logs. Wait for one of the other 3 OpenBSD users on the forum to get to this post and give you a more exact answer.
