Question operating system

A game I play is saying that win 7 is no longer supported. How can I upgrade my OP system to win 10 or 11?

I think the free upgrade to windows 10 and 11 is now over. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. You could manually check for updates and see if they offer the upgrade.

Some online stores sell cheap windows keys. While not 100% legit they do work.

I believe the key would need to be a full retail key.
