Opinions on setup needed

I am considering the following upgrade to my system and would like some insightful opinions on whether i'm doing it right:

x2-3800, a8n32, in a P160 case. non-OCed (with no intention of doing so either).

I want to put two Yate Loon 120mm fans in - one for the front, one for the rear.
Place a Ninja hs to replace the stock and put a coolermaster 120mm fan to blow air to the rear fan
Probably will go with AS5 (instead of ceramique)

Does this sound like a decent setup? my goal is to maintain current temp loads (of course lower is better) but more importantly reduce operating noise.

If you aren't going to overclock, I'd go with a Zalman cooler instead; better noiserice:cooling ratio. For what you've posted, it is definitely going to be a cool running system, but I would recommend going with quieter fans, as in your situation (no OCing) sound is more important than cooling. Try a different case, like a Sonata II or P180, as they will have better sound 'advantages'.

The P160 is already bought and in use so switching cases isn't really an option.

I was under the assumption the Ninja + Yate Loon fans are the quietest combo on the market...am I mistaken? I think the Nexus fans are quieter but move even less air (@ a slower RPM). The only other fan I know of are SilenX but I think people have commented that they are overrated.

I did consider the Zalman CNS9500 but i'm not sure if it rated as highly as the ninja.
