I listed 3 H Cards And 1 HU card for sale in fs/ft. I stated that these cards were not hit by last years superbowl ecm but that they were hit in april and when I put the card in, I get the title bar and a messege to insert valid card.
I got a pm from a person and we pmed a few times. to some it up. he got the cards on Sat. I e=mailed him and pm him to see if he got the cards. This morn. I recived an e-mail stating that he wants his money back. so here is what i e-mailed him, please note the quotes in my e-mail to him. also these e-mails sum up the deal.
My e-mail to him:
Ok, I thought this over somemore and it is up to you what you wanna due. I think you they are now yours cause of what you had stated that you offered me an low offer cause as you stated "the issue comes down to the fact that you are not willing to guarantee the status of these access cards." therefore i think that since you were the one that offered the low price with the no guarantee they are yours. would you of paid my asking price if they would of worked with your equip. or whatever? If you want a refund, we'll open this up to be voted on in public and then go from there.
his response to my e-mail:
Like you have stated, you are listing all the details that you know. I
expected to get what you stated. However, that was not the case. The only
one that was legit was the HU card. The 2 H cards are not valid. You must
understand that you should cover up to what you stated the items to be. If
you didn't have the original bin files, then fine. But they must be the
valid bs h cards that you stated. I don't need the vote of anyone to
understand when a product is not what was promised.
