-both have 1mb cache l2,
-close prices (50$ beetwen)
-opteron 1800mhz vs san diego 2200mhz
-oc opteron vs oc san diego.

which one?
the power, of a server cpu, can make the difference?
or the 2,2ghz of san diego is safer, than an oc opteron?

at stock, opty 144 maybe a tad better than amd 64bit 3200, so it is obvious, but please confirm and don't rely only on this relpy.

Opteron 146 > A64 3700+ > Opteron 144
