Might be time to ask my doctor about the HPV vaccine. I know it's only approved for women under 27 at this point, but from what I understand a lot of people are getting it off-label since there's a good chance it benefits men as well.

Actually, it's been approved for males under 27:

The reason that they stop approval after 26 for both men and women is that by that time you almost certainly have some form of HPV anyway, so there's no point in taking the vaccine.

Chances are anyone you pick as a partner is already infected with at least one strain of the virus.

Pretty much the whole population carries some form of it.

Yup, estimated 80-85% of people who are sexually active have been infected with HPV. Some people never show symptoms. Some show them for awhile until their immune system kicks in.

Sex doesn't lead to babies! Insemination does!
