I would rather download it since I have boardband. Microsoft issues so many fixes that your CD will be out of date by the time you receive it.

It is available if you have an MSDN subscription. I downloaded and installed it. It installed flawlessly, with no issues. The pop-up blocker is nice. It can block all pop-up, even self launched ones, and you can add sites to the "allow" list.

While I was at Microsoft site I saw that they had a one year trail version of their 64 bit edition of windows. It is free but $7.03 shipping. So I ordered a copy for my A64.
