I have an original fat PSP that I hardly ever use, but I thought with my PS3 now I'd try to leverage whatever neatness there is.
Currently have:
Launch day fat PSP with original v1.5 firmware
4GB MicroSD in a MS Pro adapter
Emulating newest firmwares with an old UMD emulator program, devhook, that I believe emulates 3.03 so I can play the latest games that I have on UMD
Fat PS3 with latest firmware
I guess there's a new battery trick to be able to emulate newest firmwares, but I'm not 100% sure if that's the way to go or just keep on using my old UMD emulator program.
I don't play many homebrews and I don't d/l images of games, mostly I'm looking to
1) see if I should just update my PSP to the latest firmware and not worry about holding on to v1.5 and what it buys me
2) if not, should I start using the battery trick to emulate firmwares
3) leverage my PSP to do remote play on PS3
4) chuck the whole thing and sell this unit for whatever I can get
Any advice on how to get more use out of my PSP?
TIA
