A few things

Yes people benefit from investments in people and education. The gap between the haves and have nots is growing.

Blacks are impacted on average more. Whites are also impacted as seen in the Rust Belt.

So we enact policies that address the disparities, period. If we approach it this way then the problems blacks face are addressed, the whites which are in trouble are helped although precisely how may be different than for an inner-city black kid.

Race? There is no favored race but there is greater financial equality to be had. There is no division to be had, no favored status, just all equality. Native American? Yep. Blacks? Yep and the same with whites. Delink improvement from race entirely and those who need help get it. We need a more unified nation, not sectioning people off but doing what benefits everyone in such situations. That blacks are on average hit harder is addressed by actions and the white guy trying to figure out how to keep his family from being evicted too.

Stop this nonsense if reinforcing divisiveness.
