Maybe our children will see this as the fall of the berlin war. Finally the muslim world is no more an enemy. In the middle east dictators are falling, in the west we are easing our dependency on oil. A lot of small steps that are radically changing our world.

Actually...keeping the timeline right...Bush invaded Afghanistan to go after Al Queda and Bin Forgotten...then liked being a "War President" so much that he almost abandoned the war in Afghanistan when it didn't produce instant results, and decided to go into Iraq to "finish what his Daddy didn't finish."
Obama gets the credit for this because it happened under his watch, with his knowledge, and under his orders.

Just like its not OK for us to simply kill the man who is responsible for several thousand deaths. Let justice prevail - let a jury convict him and at least society says he should die. It is not our business to say "just kill him".

Justice DID prevail. Osama Bin Forgotten isn't forgotten any more. He "confessed" and bragged about his involvement in the 9-11 attacks. That's enough proof and conviction for me.
